HF Investment Analysis (IA) Inputs for AMS Lifecycle Checklist. The IA tab of the HF AMS Lifecycle Checklist indicates a number of HF questions that should be addressed as part of the IA stage. Examples include:

Have the Human Factors implications of each alternative been determined for their impact on cost, benefits, schedule, and technical risks?

Do cost, schedule, and performance baselines reflect the detail necessary to cause the identification or resolution of human-system performance issues/risks?

Does the Implementation Strategy and Planning Document (ISPD) reflect the recommended approach to manage the HF program for the project?

Has the information from the HF assessment been incorporated in the Business Case and IA decision?
